My experience focuses on services marketing, consumer publishing and being now responsible Palacio de Hierro Card sales and taking my responsibility area’s budget, the company CRM, BTL and ATL communications (design, media selection and coordination of suppliers), development of new channels of communication, timing of promotions, market research and loyalty program development, in short raise the marketing strategy for increasing Palacio de Hierro Card sales.
